1 · Who we are

These Terms govern your use of the Tender Care Touch website and the home and hotel massage services we provide. Contact us at bookings@tendercaretouch.com.

By submitting a booking request you agree to these Terms, our Cancellation Policy, and our Privacy Notice.

2 · Our services

We provide professional therapeutic massage at an address you nominate within our service areas of Taguig, Makati, and Pasay, including homes, condominiums, and hotels. Requests elsewhere in Metro Manila are subject to availability. Our services are for relaxation and general wellness.

Our services are not medical treatment. We do not diagnose, treat, cure, or manage any disease, injury, or medical condition, and nothing on our website is a medical claim. We are not a substitute for medical care. If you have a health concern, consult a physician. If you are receiving medical treatment, consult your doctor before booking. We do not provide post-surgical or post-operative massage of any kind.

3 · Booking and confirmation

Submitting the form creates a booking request, not a confirmed appointment. No contract exists unless and until staff accepts the request in writing by text, WhatsApp or Messenger.

• We review booking requests and reply by text, WhatsApp or Messenger. Response times vary with practitioner and travel availability.
• Requests must be made at least 2 hours in advance and no more than 14 days ahead.
• Requested starts run from 12 noon through 4:00 AM. 4:00 AM is the latest start and every session must finish by 6:00 AM.
• Minimum session length is 90 minutes.
• We may decline any request at our discretion, including for therapist availability, safety, or health suitability.
• You request a specific start time. Staff checks therapist and travel availability and confirms the appointment manually by text, WhatsApp or Messenger. Traffic and prior appointments may shift arrival; we will tell you if your therapist is delayed.

4 · Prices and fees

All prices are in Philippine pesos. The request form shows an estimate; any conditional fee is disclosed before staff confirms the appointment. Your total may include:

• the session price per guest for your chosen service and duration;
• Ventosa or Hot Stone at ₱250 each per guest requesting that add-on, and ₱400 per requested bed;
• a fixed transportation fee of ₱200 per booking, regardless of guest count, therapist count, or service;
• additional transportation fees depending on your location in Taguig, Makati, Pasay or elsewhere in Metro Manila, agreed before booking.

The request estimate includes the fixed ₱200 transportation fee. Any additional transportation fee depends on your location and will be agreed before booking. No undisclosed fee will be added after confirmation. Prices may change for future requests, but not for an already confirmed booking unless you ask to change the service, duration, number of guests, location or time and accept the revised total.

5 · Payment

Payment arrangements are discussed directly with the guest in chat during the transaction. Online payment, deposit collection, proof upload, and GCash instructions are not enabled on the website. Do not send payment or payment credentials through the booking form.

6 · Cancellation, rescheduling, and no-shows

Set out in full in our Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7 · Client code of conduct

Massage is a professional service. By booking, you agree to:

• remain appropriately draped throughout the session;
• make no request for any service outside professional therapeutic massage;
• refrain from inappropriate comments, contact, propositions, or behavior of a sexual nature;
• provide a safe, adequately lit, and appropriately private space;
• not be intoxicated or under the influence of drugs at the time of the appointment;
• answer your therapist's safety questions accurately before the session starts;
• confirm that the person booking and every service recipient is at least 18 years old.

The therapist may decline to enter, leave immediately or stop a session if the location or conduct is unsafe or if the requested service is outside professional massage. Serious incidents may be reported to the appropriate authority. Future booking requests may be declined.

9 · Health, suitability, and your responsibilities

We do not ask health questions when you book. Before your session starts, your therapist will ask you a few short safety questions, and you must answer them accurately. Based on your answers, the therapist may adjust or shorten the session, or not start it. During the session, tell the therapist immediately about pain, discomfort, numbness, dizziness or any change. Pressure and technique can be adjusted or the session can be stopped for safety.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the address and access information you provide, for arranging any building or hotel guest pass required, and for the safety of the premises. You agree to secure any pet for the duration of the session.

10 · Photography and privacy in your space

Clients must not photograph or record a therapist without express permission. Therapists must not photograph or record clients or private locations without express, documented consent for a specific purpose.

11 · Liability

We will provide confirmed services with reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights where Philippine law does not allow that exclusion or limitation. We are not responsible for loss caused by inaccurate or withheld information, unauthorized location access, or events outside reasonable control, except to the extent the law provides otherwise.

12 · Complaints

Email bookings@tendercaretouch.com with the booking reference, a description of the issue and the outcome requested. Do not email unrelated medical records or payment credentials. We will acknowledge the complaint and provide a reasonable response. Consumers may also use remedies available through the Department of Trade and Industry and other competent authorities.

13 · Intellectual property

All content on this website is owned by us or our licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

14 · Changes to these Terms

The version accepted for a confirmed booking applies to that booking. Material changes will be notified on this page with a revised date.

15 · Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Mandatory consumer rights and lawful dispute venues continue to apply.
