Tender Care Touch
Last updated: September 28, 2026
1 · About this notice
This notice explains how Tender Care Touch ("we") collects and uses your personal information, and your rights under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). We are the personal information controller.
2 · Privacy requests
Send privacy requests to bookings@tendercaretouch.com. Tender Care Touch is the personal information controller for the processing described in this notice.
3 · What we collect
Personal information — your name, mobile number, optional email address, and service address, including unit or room number, building or hotel, street, barangay, city, and additional access information. Earlier requests and staff-created bookings may also contain a landmark.
Service preferences — your requested service, duration, number of guests, and optional extras. Earlier requests and staff-created bookings may also contain therapist gender, pressure, or focus-area preferences.
Health information from earlier requests (sensitive personal information) — booking requests made before we removed health questions from our booking form in September 2026 included an optional health checklist (for example pregnancy, blood pressure, heart conditions, diabetes, recent surgery or injury, circulatory conditions, skin conditions, allergies, and whether you were under medical treatment) and optional health notes. We hold those answers, and the date and time of your health consent, with that booking's record. We no longer ask health questions when you book.
Booking and technical information — booking history, request status, security events, and the adult-eligibility assertion timestamp. For the simplified public form, we also record which submission notice you acknowledged, the submission method, and any optional email-marketing consent and its timestamp. Online payment evidence is not collected at initial launch. On general information pages, we use analytics and marketing cookies as described in Section 10, subject to your consent choice.
4 · Why we collect it, and our lawful basis
- To deliver your booking — necessary for performance of our contract with you. Covers contact details, address, and access notes.
- Health information from earlier requests — collected on the basis of your explicit consent, given at the time of booking, so that your session could be delivered safely. We keep it as part of that booking's record, for responding to questions or complaints about that booking, until you ask us to delete it.
- To deliver your session safely — before your session starts, your therapist asks a few short safety questions so the session can be adjusted, shortened or not started if needed. This is a spoken check; we do not record your answers.
- To protect our therapists and clients — our legitimate interest in safety, incident records, and enforcement of our code of conduct.
- To comply with law — tax, accounting, and regulatory obligations.
- To send you offers — only with your optional consent. In the public booking form, providing an email address after reading the email notice signs you up for occasional offers and news, and allows us to send booking updates. You can leave the email field blank and book using your mobile number. To unsubscribe from offers or withdraw your marketing consent, contact bookings@tendercaretouch.com. Earlier consent choices remain recorded with the relevant booking.
5 · How we protect sensitive information
Access to health information from earlier requests is limited to the owner and authorized staff assigned to handle that request. It is kept out of booking lists, emails, marketing and analytics, and it is not used for new bookings. The therapist assigned to provide the appointment receives only the booking and preference details needed for the session.
6 · Who we share it with
- Your assigned therapist — name, contact number, address, access notes, and service preferences. We do not send therapists health information. For a request made before we stopped asking health questions, the owner may tell your therapist verbally about an earlier answer that matters for your session's safety.
- Our internal operations records — to run scheduling, therapist payouts and business reporting, we keep a limited copy of each booking in an owner-only operations area of the same booking system. It holds the booking's internal ID (which links back to your booking), where the request came from (for example the website, Messenger or phone), the service, date and time, number of guests and beds, add-ons, property type and city, prices and fees and which version of our price list applied, whether the deposit was verified, the booking status, which therapist is assigned, and when the record was created and last updated. It covers bookings made before this copy started as well as new ones. It does not include your name, contact details, street address, notes, or any health information. Therapists' names and whether they are currently active are kept there too.
- Service providers that run our systems for us — Supabase (the booking database and staff sign-in, hosted in Singapore), Hostinger (website hosting) and Resend (booking emails). They process your information only to provide these services, and some of it is processed outside the Philippines.
- Authorities — where required by law, or to report a serious incident.
We do not sell your personal information. Our use of optional analytics and marketing tools is described in Section 10.
7 · How long we keep it
Only the owner authorizes record deletion. Canceling a booking preserves its history and does not delete the record.
Health information from earlier requests is kept with that booking's record until you ask us to delete it. It is not deleted automatically. To ask us to delete it, email bookings@tendercaretouch.com. When we delete it, the answers are removed from our active records. We keep the date and time you gave health consent and a record that the answers were deleted, but not the answers themselves. Copies in our database backups are removed as those backups expire.
Contact bookings@tendercaretouch.com about the information we hold or to request deletion. Sensitive information must be handled according to its necessary purpose. A legal hold concerns only records relevant to an actual dispute, investigation or legal requirement.
8 · Your rights
Under the Data Privacy Act you have the right to be informed; to object to processing; to access your data; to correct inaccurate data; to erasure or blocking; to damages for a violation of your rights; to data portability; and to lodge a complaint.
Contact bookings@tendercaretouch.com to exercise your rights. We may ask for reasonable proof that the request concerns your information. You may also complain to the Philippine National Privacy Commission.
9 · Security
We use access controls, encryption in transit, logging and other safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information. Only authorized staff and the assigned therapist should be able to access the information needed for a booking. No internet service can promise absolute security.
10 · Cookies and analytics
We use essential cookies to make the site work. On general information pages, we ask for your consent before using Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel to understand how visitors use the site, to measure our marketing, and to show our ads to people who have visited the site. These tools only load if you accept; you can decline, and you may change or withdraw your choice at any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of our general information pages. They may set cookies and share usage data with Google and Meta. When you submit a booking request, the page that follows records only that a request was made; no name, contact detail, address, booking reference, or booking detail is shared with these tools. We do not use analytics or advertising scripts on the booking, deposit, or administration pages, regardless of your choice.
11 · Age eligibility
Services and booking requests are for adults aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly accept a request from or for anyone under 18.
12 · Changes
We may update this notice. Material changes will be posted here with a revised date and, where appropriate, notified to you directly.
